Processing

Our target is to process orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

United States only at this time. We do not ship internationally — parcels in this category face customs risk we are not willing to pass on to customers.

How products ship

  • Lyophilized peptide vials are stable at ambient temperature for transit and ship in protective packaging; refrigerate on arrival and protect from light.
  • Bacteriostatic water ships sealed and should be stored at room temperature away from light.
  • All parcels are discreetly and securely packed.

Address accuracy & carrier delays

Please double-check your shipping address at order time — reshipment of parcels returned for address errors is at the buyer's cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a parcel is in transit, but we'll always help you chase one down.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong items, contact us within 7 days at orders@agonpeptides.com with your order number and photos where applicable — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See the Refund Policy for details.
